The BT compact series is a line of AC servomotors of the synchronous permanent-magnet type with electronic commutation, known as BRUSHLESS. BT compact series are sealed to IP54 without ventilation, with one-piece motor housing, bearings lubricated for life with high load carrying capacity and double protection shields, NEMA type flanging, and the stall torques range from 0.75Nm. Special features of this series of motors are the high performance level combined with excellent speed and controllability during work cycles, sturdiness and reliability despite the extremely compact size; the result is a slimline motor that guarantees dependability and high performance even when used under critical thermomechanical conditions. All servomotors have higt-inertia rotor fitted with the latest generation of permanent rare-earth magnets (NdFeB), thus allowing their use at temperatures of up to 150°C without suffering performance loss. BT series servomotors have sinusoidal FEM suitable for use with brushless servoamplifiers at supply voltages up to 400 VAC. Typical applications for this line of Servomotors range from the robotics sector (fast positioners, movement with rapid cycles, etc.) to packaging machines, sheet metal shearing, textile machines and NC in general. Motors are supplied as standard with: - Encoder, 90° - cable exit with signal connector.
